I take loyalty very seriously, in fact I take it siriusly. I can’t do very much for myself but for others I am ready to kill and be killed. which is why in my eyes, pettigrew committed the highest disgrace-betrayal, worse than Voldemort who did the actual killing. He was selfish and readily traded in the life of someone who trusted him more than he trusted himself.
For me, Halloween is more than just the death of lily and James.
It marks the day four brothers were divided by a terrible wrong, when bonds stronger than blood were broken.
On this day
A trusted man showed his true colors
A brave man died for his family
An innocent man was charged for murder
And a misjudged man was stripped friendless.

Let us take a moment of silence, for lily and James, but also for the marauders because the death of one marked the death of the rest. And remember,

This song is giving me some serious Marauders feels. And it really doesn’t help that it’s a full moon (in more ways than one) and Halloween is only two days way.
